Pearce & Co was formed in 1951 by Raymond Pearce and since then has adopted a high standard of independent professional advice providing property services to landlords and tenants. The directors are actively involved in the day to day running of the business and manage an investment portfolio.

We have two departments, Commercial Property and Residential Property, and our core services include, Commercial Property Management, Valuation, Commercial Lease Advisory, Residential Lettings and Management,  Leasehold extension and enfranchisement.

We act for individuals, family trusts and for property companies throughout the South East of England and further afield, maintaining a focus on the strategic aims of the property owner. For mixed portfolios, it has proven of real value to landlords to have both their commercial and residential portfolios managed by one company under one roof where the two teams integrate and communicate seamlessly.

We are regulated by the RICS and adhere to stringent rules providing protection to client money. We can arrange building insurance for your property portfolio, provide insurance certificates, collect premiums, and manage insurance claims on your behalf.
