Steven Hall BSc (Hons) MRICS joined the firm in 1997 after five years’ experience in the Sales and Letting sectors. In 1999 he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, after which he took time out for a well earned around-the-world sabbatical. He was appointed an Equity Partner in 2002 with responsibility for the Residential Management Department in addition to the supervision of several sizeable commercial and mixed property portfolios. He also carries out residential valuation work, including valuations for Right-to-Buy purposes, compensation and valuations for lease extensions and enfranchisement. He lives in Kingston with his partner and has two young children. His hobbies include sailing and water sports.
