Steven Hall BSc (Hons) MRICS joined the firm in 1997 after five years’ experience in the Sales and Letting sectors. In 1999 he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. He was appointed an equity partner in 2002 and looks after a number of clients. He carries out a variety of residential and commercial valuation and property management work. He is a trained Assessor, conducting interviews for the Assessment of Professional Competence for young surveyors seeking membership of the RICS.

Steven is married with two children and lives by the river in Shepperton, which suits him as his hobbies include anything to do with boats and water sports. His current project is the restoration of a 1960s motor cruiser.
