Pearce & Company have operated a very established and successful Residential Lettings Agency from our office in Guildford Street Chertsey for over 60 years! We know the market, what's going to let and what's not....... and why.  It is re-assuring to know that Pearce & Co are experts in lettings, unlike many companies who have diversified into lettings as a result in the decline in residential sales since 2007.      

We do let and manage properties over a surprisingly wide area with the majority of our portfolio being within the local areas, but also with an element of our business being undertaken in locations such as Redhill, Clapham, Battersea, Sutton, Windsor, Winnersh, Camberley, Farnham, Godalming, Addlestone, Egham, Woking, Walton on Thames and Weybridge.

We have three levels of service, 1. Let Only, 2. Let and Rent collect  or  3. Letting and Management service, but as an independent firm we can tailor our service to suit your individual requirements.  Whether you have one property or a property portfolio we can help.   We know that no two clients are ever going to be the same.

As a landlord you will have many responsibilities, Pearce & Co will guide you through the legislative minefield which affects you including gas safety, electrical safety, furniture safety regulations, deposit protection and the ever changing landlord and tenant legislation. 

We are members of not just the RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) but also ARLA (The Association Of Residential Letting Agents).  Our staff regularly attend training courses designed to keep them up to date on important matters like legislation, interpersonal skills and market trends.  We offer advice on achievable rental levels, with guidance on what a landlord can do to improve presentation (where necessary) and the chance of a successful letting at the best possible rental level.
