Philip Eggerdon BSC (Hons) MRICS joined the firm as a graduate before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1994. He was appointed an equity partner in 1996 and works on the usual range of professional services with particular responsibility for the growth of the Commercial and Residential Agency Department. He has always been involved with RICS activities, most recently (2004-2006) as Chairman of RICS Surrey Local Association, a committee representing the interests of Surrey Surveyors. He has also served on the RICS South East Regional Board. Away from the office, Phil is known to frequent the local badminton court and is a keen follower of motor sports, (especially Formula One). He is married with two children.
