LANDLORDS
If you have a residential property to let out, we can help.
Pearce & Co have assisted residential landlords for over 65 years and cover a wide geographical area accessible from our office in Chertsey. The properties that we look after are predominantly in Surrey, but others are much further afield driven by the benefits of consolidating a property portfolio in the hands of a single property management company.
Our clients enjoy working with us and we build long lasting relationships through dedication and a personal touch. The team are suitably experienced, qualified and up to date on legislation and most have been with us for many years and really know the locations, the market place and the properties they deal with. We can manage single assets through to large portfolios.
Every landlord has a different reason for letting a property and therefore have different needs, so we provide three landlord services:
- Let Only
With this service we find you a tenant, organise the tenancy agreement and start the tenancy, leaving you to maintain the property during the tenancy. - Let and Rent Collection
We find you a tenant, organise the tenancy agreement and collect monthly rent payments on your behalf, leaving you to maintain the property during the tenancy. - Fully Managed
We let, collect rent, carry out property visits and be the point of contact for the tenant when breakdowns occur for which the landlord would be responsible. A comprehensive and hassle-free service which allows landlords to have the peace of mind that their tenants are in good hands.
Our Fees
Our fees are taken as a percentage of the gross rents collected. On our Let Only service, this is paid annually in advance. On the Let and Rent Collection and Fully Managed services, this is deducted monthly from the rent throughout the term. For more information take a look here:
