David Wareham FRICS, joined in 1973 to run the Management Department. In 1976 he qualified and was awarded the RICS President's Prize for his paper The Eclipse of the Private Landlord, and became an equity partner in 1978. Appointed Senior Partner in 1988, David is responsible for the overall management of the firm and the continuing development of the Property Management Department. His hobbies include most sports; he has been closely involved in the administration of cricket at club level and hockey at club, county and national level for thirty years. In 2001 he won a national competition mounted by the Daily Express and was awarded the title "Boss of the Year". David is a Trustee of several local Charities and Governor of two local schools, as well as being a keen philatelist and golfer when he has the time!
